[Suggestion]Vote System: Vote count in vote panel

Good day to all! First of all, I just want you to greet all of you a Merry Merry Merry Christmas to all of you and to your family and friends

Second, I want to suggest that our vote count in vote panel will be shown in our personal account (ex. in personal account in infinitymu.net or in personal vote panel in infinitymu.net/vote and top 10 voters will be in different section like we now have). The benefits? We can simply keep track of our votes even though we are not in the top 10 voters of the server. We can count how many votes we need in order to be in top 10 and aim for top 1. It's just that its quite hard to guess how many votes you have even though you do the math in calculating your overall votes

For easier point of view:

The new rectangle is where we can put the total vote count of that account per month (infinitymu.net, (account info)

Or we can put in here in the white box (infinitymu.net/vote)

Any criticism or further improvement of this suggestion will be much appreciated. Thanks!

Yep. Also, some players want to keep track of their overall votes per month like I do. I take it as a challenge to be in top 10, really and doing the math is not enough in calculating total votes xD

I think it's a good suggestion. It will be another reason for players to vote aside from the credits. Can also be a good way to identify avid voters and recognize them

I couldn't agree more, hope this would be implemented to our server. It helps us track how many votes we had and how many more votes we need to enter the top 10. Helps us estimate/calculate how many credits we get for a month.

I think it's more challenging when you can't see how many votes that you made. Why? Because you don't even know if you are in top 10 so you will be encourage to vote and vote until the end of the month or before the Top Voter will be announced.

I have thought of this already before posting. It solely depends on the player who's voting. He/She can take it as a challenge or not whether the vote counts can be shown or not. It depends on them whether they will use this feature for their own advantage. And at my point of view, I think there is nothing wrong if vote counts will be shown. It's almost the same as top10 but having a personal vote count per account :]

I think it's a big deal for me. I definitely support this TS. I also thought that it's not just the number of votes will be shown.
I would also share my idea in regards for information like "Valid Vote Count" so that we can restrict the numbers of invalid vote.
But apparently, I do know it's more complicated whether we add valid votes count cuz most of the players just click & go and most probably it's kinda hard to determine whether if it's a invalid vote. Is it possible to avoid counted vote to players who didn't atleast input the assigned captcha code?
In that case, I would like to suggest upon adding another tab from the vote system panel "Total valid votes".

I want to ask if the Top 10 Voters are voting validly? Cuz maybe we can measure out the Total of Valid Votes tab throughout the vote panel system.
I know it's kinda dynamic way but this can help the players to encourage them to input the written captcha code. That way we'll be ranked up amongst the other MU servers.

Goodluck to the webmaster if this will be implemented.

Did you know that every month reset their vote count to start all over again to choose the Top Voter, As you can see this won't help your main POINT about this suggestion "The benefits? Your valid vote keep increasing. And now you can see others valid vote so you will know if you are the top one right ? And did you know every month the participant of the Event called "Top Voter" start from 0 votes and in the end of Month InfinityMU staff count how many votes you have done, and if this one has been granted you can see the players valid vote what if their valid vote is 200 cause that is shown in his account pannel so you need 201 to be the top 1? As I said Every Month you will start to 0 valid vote if you are going to join this Event and don't say that every month our admin need to reset their valid votes to zero when this suggestion has been granted for you to track if you are in top 10 voters.


EXAMPLE: this has been granted you can see you valid vote now and if your valid vote is 200 and as you know every month Top Voter start from 0 Valid Votes don't tell me that our Admin need to reset their valid vote status just for you to track if you are in top 10.

It's a personal vote count per account and only the owner of the account can only see it. Anyways, RESiSTANT HAS ITS OWN WAYS if this got implemented and did alot of miracles in improving this server way before in 2008 and 2009. :]

I said this just to further support my real main point, which is the convenience of the user and adding more user-friendly features of an account. If you read it closely, you will come to a conclusion where I suggest for the convenience of a user in terms of seeing the vote counts.

Btw, I asked you if its possible that Top 10 Monthly voters will show different results in personal vote counts in our accounts? I'm asking you, not answering myself.

From what I see, I think there is no downside in here. This would be helpful especially players who takes voting seriously. Doing maths and taking guesses to computer your overall and needed votes is quite hard tho haha

Agree with this suggestion it`s like $_ACCOUNT_VOTE_COUNT$, i`m totally positive to your suggestion. I think the main problem is how and where. Also i would like to see voting page in the same style, do something with CSS, because it looks bad ; ).

We can either put it below the credits or somewhere in account panel or can be at the vote panel where the credit is at too for the convenience of the user and to add, it can be easily seen by the user when he/she logs into the account. It shouldn't look that bad right?
