Hey dude, wazzup! I hope you are in good health now. I read your application; there is nothing bad on there, and some comments are negative about your past attitude. Every person has a good and bad attitude, but for me, you are a good person. Even I can't beat you in the game. Yes, for me. Good luck, bro.🙏​
 
For me I say yes for this application. Ingame player (Commoner) and Admin/Support or whatever are two different ways of playing. Let's not be personal to everyone. One who claims great and can somewhat do is cool and not offending. I personally support this guy as He wants to be part of Venci's team. We should give it a try. Besides there's this we so call "Probation" if He is really fit for the job or not.
 
First of all, I wanna touch on this topic. To be honestly, Ive known you for a long time, and I didnt see anything wrong with you. Otherwise Ive seen you help everyone and this has been going on for a long time, of course when you are in the game(maybe in forum also, but Im talking about what you did in the game). They provoke you like everyone else. Relax bro, these are normal things. Because this is a pvp server. Like everyone else, you have your enemies too. Dont worry about it, just focus on yourself and do what you think is right, within the law of course. And I think you will help more people after becoming a supporter. Soo Yes for me . Good luck in your application.
 
I don't care if you're gonna be or not a supporter.
What I care that Venci wont be overwhelmed in the end by such aloof persons like you.
The only times we encounter was when u jumped horses with your insults if i recall well.
Your excited mood for being sucessfull in reports leaves me cold tbh. Why not use your "knowledge" for prevention..for developing a way to block the craps some dudes using?
Anyway.. pure truth is you wont change.. Atleast not soon. All these is just a forum facade from ur side.
So my vote for now is No!

From what I've seen, the opinions are divided in 2 parts, the people who mention your bad behavior and the people who mention your good ability and skills. I believe the first part is possible to fix and improve in a positive way with effort. However, your game knowledge will impact current GM team in a good way. For that, my YES with you.

1.What made you apply for the selected position?

I was gone through various times in this server and always was interested on supporting people with the stuffs i can. I have a great effort on helping community with reporting rule breakers by all means. Being successful and same time interested in this job, i wished to
give my support officially being a member of Supporter Team and learn new things which will thrive me forward as well as will let me share my personal experience i have gained through this time.

2.What experience do you have for the selected position?

My experience in game and forum, as for my opinion is enough to give a try to serve for the community as a part of Supporter Team. I have no doubt that i will learn many things being a part of team, as well as i don't have doubt that i will share my experience with my team mates. I have a good knowledge in PVP, gears, yellow options, spotting abnormal game from normal and report them (i believe my personal report section room and dear staffers won't deny it)

3.What can you bring to the team if you are accepted?

Not offending people who gives almost all of his time serving for this server, i have done so many researches regarding every PVP detail and Item options. It plays a huge role on detecting cheaters, figuring out abnormal in game movements, expose them and all of that stuff. I will try my best, with all due respect and honor, to be helpful for the current GM team in Report Section, for players in other question and so on.

To conclude, all opinions in this thread regardless of positive or negative, are respectfully welcomed by my side.

What strategies or personal development efforts have you undertaken to ensure that you won't engage in bullying, racism, or insults while serving the community as a member of the Supporter Team?

Sometimes emotions take over us however it is not an excuse by my side. I have made mistakes for sure, as a normal human being daily and i am enthusiastic to fix them and i will succeed. Willingness to improve, passion and obsession to support the community in a right way is my hunt first of all.

Can you share the steps you plan to take to reflect on and rectify these behaviors in your interactions within the community?

Maturity is not avoiding all wrong moves but understanding them and not repeating. Growing mentally both in real and virtual life is
important for me. I will work on my patience, work on my manner of talking and try my best to not make people regret who believed in me.

How do you handle criticisms?

Criticisms sometimes are not validated with serious reasons. We receive them almost every day. I will be a liar if i say i don't smile
to criticisms that has no valid reason to be, yet i am grown enough to ignore them and think over the criticisms that is true by root.
I like to judge myself even though i am not showing it to public, and improve to the best version of me.

As i mentioned above, I will be a liar if i say i don't smile
to criticisms that has no valid reason to be but serious positions demands serious approach and i will do it.

I analyzed all the replies and messages over this application, and most of them has a slice of truth.
I understand the responsibilities of the position, and ready to carry them with passion.

Do you learn from them?,

I like to judge myself even though i am not showing it to public, improve to the best version of me, and this is one of the biggest reason to join supporter team to learn from others .

Absolutely no. Escalating negativity harms both sides.

While it's true that iMU has many online players in this game, we all know each other. We all know who each user is and how they play, so we all know that you are not known for being a legitimate player.
I believe that users who want to join the staff or support team should be fair and have a clean history with no third-party programs.

My answer is NO.

pd: Maybe you can contribute your experience as a Game Master by analyzing videos since you understand how they work.

Also you lie to much, when many acused you for use AP/AC, you say hands here, and when macro allowed, you are the king of the scripts!? Really!? You was using AP, said for your own words, idk, a lier man in staff!? So GL anyway

Well, hello there, old friend.

We have history from our previous sister server 100x. When I was the HGM, you helped us catch some cheaters, but your attitude wasn't the best - calling other GM's inexperienced. But we got past that later and I gave you a Supporter role. But then you became inactive and left without a word.

You do ineed have the needed experience for this position and I believe your attitude can be worked on, as I already told you in private. I come from an era where players were applying for staff positions quite often, even the most arrogant ones with bad attitude. Some of them truly changed and they turned out to be very great staff members. But this is no staff position yet, rather a stepping stone for a staff position. Sooo, you deserve a chance, we gave one to Aga and he is doing great so far, so why not for you too?

Yes for me. Let's hope you will not leave like before again. :D
 
Really great guy and nice person also very helpful, lots of people just dont know the good in you because they’ve only seen your bad side but i think you could change for the best and be the best version of yourself

From my experience I see this:

He is open to communication and helps people without expecting anything in return.
He shares his knowledge about the game openly and considers each case to be individual, this is very important when making decisions on difficult cases.
He shows mature behaviour even when he confronts controversial and hateful comments from other users.
He shows professionalism when approached with game matters and content.
He wants to help and share his opinion and knowledge
He doesnt aim for power,because he knows power is not given,ranks are earned with deeds.

I believe he will indeed be an asset as a Supporter.

So,you have my YES!
