Voted for the 1st entry, as titan said above about the fonts yeah he's right, good color combination also it's a clear work. props for the 2nd and 3rd entry you made a good job guys. But for me 1st entry got overall.

Voted for 2nd entry, The render is just very simple yet elegant in my eyes and it's different from all of the other entries. He picked a good render because Coke has been the usual beverage of people specially on Holidays. It symbolizes family, bonding, get togethers or just simply a thirst quencher and ofcourse Santa is in the picture holding it.
