no, you should improve a lot.
why ?
because in community like this...there should be more confidence and staff should know what to do,when to do,and how to do it.
The best staff members who were serving to this community were Nemesis(he is doing now too),FULLPKS, Me( i won't be afraid of saying this) and Janno...when he was active.
that what i said above is about taking right decisions and thinking more about cases they are having.

More confidence and thinking is the way to go.

others i think should improve a lot.

There was plenty more people serving well this community.
Anyways, I think the Staff should be asking for votes, before make the events.
