First of all, selling scripts is no harm, if he accepts it as VD, instead of slipping money into his pocket. Because we are prohibited to sell items that we achieve/farm for real money but we can for VD. Therefore if he sells his service for items/VD it will help to sustain the server.

Second point, is professionalism, I see that all staffers write in a professional manners like Toby did when he re-opened his thread, or when he answers to PM's. He hates ochie, but regardless is via discord or PM,( eventho is not public ), he is still professional when replying, because I saw the thread when it was leaked the chat.
But Shadow when he has to answer in public he does it in a provokative way that alters his ago as "superior", his writing format is provoking, but his words even more, yet if we fall under his provocation we are warned/banned because "WE" as normal players are entitled to "respect", but if there is no mutual-respect, this won't happen, thats why all players speak up once ONE guy has the balls to address this issue, because he is speaking a real fact that bothers MANY players in the community where toxicity is not allowed. If a GM is toxic and is protected by rules, then this is very wrong.

His answers in discord are out of the world, this shows his real personality, aggressive and without manners. Because if one person can't control his temper, then he isn't suitable to have a job that deals with MANY and DIFFERENT players. Once again I make the example of the staffers like @Tobλ @Dimer (I can't tag due to his different D), its not secret that they hates the manner of Bueno, Ochie and Obito aka NoCap, but they control their temper. But he is not capable, so he is not prepared and never will because after all this complaints he remains the same.

-This is supposed to be personal and not even anyone's business but since he wanted to make it public I will explain why I said those words to him as a reaction to his actions.
(since the first day he added me to Discord and joined my guild he has asked me for my scripts and he wants me to make him the strongest Latino player as he said exactly, and I decided to help him like anyone I helped him before, I checked his VPN and his PC configuration and explained to him what is the best VPN and tested all servers in his PC and tested all I tunes delays I know for him after I found his best things for him, and made his pot rate maxed and staple without stuck I advise him to get gaming mouse like razer or bloody then he bought a razer mouse, after he got it he was sending me every day like 10 times plz help me making my scripts and, after some days I had a free day from my work and I helped him with basics scripts in his razer since he did not want to pay for my full work.

and he starts becoming better day after day, and he starts making drama every night

That Venci would allow his Staff to sell something to take upper hand vs others is an extremely negative surprise but coming from you and not him, I have no reason to believe it.

Venci, it is your server but Staff selling services is too much to swallow. Draw the lines to protect the rest of the staff who offer their time and energy to help the server and not their pockets.
Until things clear up, I am not going to support the server financially.
Draw the lines between Staff and players and then everyone can decide what they want to be.
Leaving grey moral zones for this kind of people to take advantage is not nice to the community. We deserve better.

So shadow, tell me, if you protecting server from hacker and you have nothing back. Maybe its time to explain Aga's case? He was your friend, shared account with you, same as you did with yours. He was banned for hack usage as moderator when you told me i'am stupid because i don't believe in his change.

How it works, when people share accounts with hackers usually both accounts are banned. We are taking responsibility for sharing our login and password. In Aga's case you had access to his account but only Aga is banned and you became Game Master? People recorded you many times and i never saw Game Check from you, never explained your high pot rate when people asked.

Honestly i dont give a damn if you sell macro scripts or not, its just stupid you doing it as a GM. As you mentioned, you giving advantage to other players for additional money. Its the way you helping the server?

About the script thing, we knew about it, he spoke to me as well and i believe with the rest of higher staff but most important is that Resistant allowed him to do this.
So for people asking Shadow to be removed, not gonna happen as long as he does his work like we expect and if there is something Shadow has to change then is the perspective with people and to who he should talk properly, as GM and as normal player but if you keep this attitude with him then you demostrate unworth attention from him but if you guys approach him for help related to the game and he ignores you, insults you etc, then feel free to report him in the correct section with valid evidences.
If you are looking for a public scolding to Shadow then sure, i'm doing this.

How can you and some of the rest of the Staff and Resistant, not get it that moraly, someone with the "prestigious " Staff position should not be involved in profiting financially from his position by selling ANYTHING to players.
Some try repeatedly to separate game char and Staf char and behavior.
It is the same person. Ethical, unethical, rude or kind, doesn't change with which char he/she used.
Being Staff brings some kind of trust players should feel towards the person they interact with. To allow someone to setup store inside the game/forum and profit himself is beyond moraly wrong and ethically corrupt.

To make it clear I don't ask Shadow to be removed from GM. U guys made him part of your team for your reasons and I don't care or judge.
Separate what a player can do and what a GM or Staff. It's very wrong.

Additionally the marketing and advertising that comes from Shadow by boasting about his abilities to make good macros is ugly when you learn he is Staff member let alone GM and its almost daily. If a player would be advertising as often his "product" in SB, you would have banned him in no time.
Treat people fair and don't forget players bring the money to keep the server running so you can have your "prestigious " position.

If after my explanation is not clear what is wrong with Staff, especially GM, selling macros, I can try to explain it better in private unless there is no interest to understand the mistrust it brings upon all the Staff members and Venci.

Lastly, for pot rate macros atleast with Razer software, there is nothing special about it as Shadow or others might want you to think so you pay good money for "script". The pot rate is dependent only on the server of the VPN and once you write the few lines with the correct settings all you need to find is the best server. So don't "buy" all the stories you read in this poor marketing campaign.
