I think its automatic when u download it will already say at end EXTRACT FILES?
 
Yes it should work but I think RESi was pointing out when you download its not the file already you still have to extract it so some begginers might get confused...
 
yup you must extract the instaler
 
Thats the problem though its easy for us how about those begginers who doesn't know how to extract? Not all of us had education in working those kid of stuff...

Try to upload the installer instead zip archive.
