as i said it's allowed to have multiple accounts in-game and also allowed to vote in them..
HotSpot Shield isn't a "Hack" lol it's legal program to protect your privacy by changing your IP,and you can use it also to vote on your other account without waiting 12 hours if you already voted with previous account & IP..
