How many players registered in the site without checking the checkbox for the rules agreement? Zero? or All? I think you can answer that question yourself. Once checkbox is checked then they agreed and they read the understand the rules. Since normal person can read a text then he can understand what can be done in here and what can't be done. MageDragon is normal person and can accept and follow the rules, but others cannot? Why? They are mamuts? I understand that you mean to decrease the penalty, but read below.
For cheating/hacking I can agree with you because most videos are speeded-up and I myself deny any report which is like this, but still some GMs might blocked someone with such edited video and they are guilty for that and should unbar these players. Penalty can be decreased and speeded-up videos to be instantly denied reports.

About advertising I can't agree because what if everyone start discussing other muserver and what if they move to that server and steal other active members of InfinityMU to the other muserver? We can't just let them stealing like this. For example they discuss the server and we don't ban them, they will start probably start to sharing links. You are right a lot about telling others what server they played before with the purpose to find old friends, but in some other side this is not right just because the conversation can rise to something that I mentioned upper.

Racism - I don't think. The thread wasn't about Vietnamese at all, but just for single people who didn't have place in this community and most vietnamese doesn't have place. I mean about having some big reputation in forum and game just like some of our current GMs/MODs got while they was normal players. Maybe you can do smth about it? coz I have good internet connection (10Mbps) and a good computer and still with 300+ ping. (Im from Brasil, thats not near to Germany XD)
Adversiting: As i said in my first post, who are here just for share links and divulgation other servidor must be banned by IP coz it will not help us, I just want to say that some peoples dont give link or have the intention for make Adversition they just say Inf or Infinity and BOM, banned permanent maybe a warn and second time ban for 1 month, if you can just text it, in my eyes that will be great.

Auto Pots: If you have time check some videos like ''My new speed Pot'', lot of peoples share videos showing speed pots and he is potting FAST (to much fast for hands) and he pot 1 minute same (with hands you have your up and downs), and lot of peoples use it but never caught (I was AP user in old times, im clear 1 year ago i stop use it and i send you some ap's last month) but i never caught, played 2 years with AP and never get banend for it, you can be sure lot of peoples use AC and AP that will never change, some MOUSES got ''macro'' for APS and when you press a button it start to pot or you can movie 15 minutes and mouse do what you make on that 15 minutes for you (peoples abuse it for make resets) so the point it, keyboards and mouses can be used with AP thats just show you can't block all ap's and ap users will be always here.

That's is right, when i was a bad guy (i grow up alot last years) i induct the guy to say one server name and them report him and he get permanent ban just why i dont like him...

About Private Reports, Well i can see it coz Im supporter and i know other peoples abuse it to delet character and consequently use hacks and dont be punishe but is that good for who play fair and got report? He dont have chance to defense himself, he dont know what's happening...
When it was not private i was using it to see who's hacker, who's ap and select only fair player to fight, now normal players can't do it anymore, they can't thanks one ban appeal or one hack report, they can't agree on nothing, i think its should be public again coz with tkz you can show that you agree on it and it can help alot gms and the reported guy.
