if we reduce the penalty for braking a certain rule players won't learn,even now players don't learn,and the proof for that is the ban list,there are players that have 5 or more accounts banned permanently,also players that keep making new accounts and braking the rules simply because they don't care from them and their IP is eventually blocked by RESiSTANT.

You know how you act with normal players, and how you act with who have ''status'' so, you know what im talking about.
And about ur comment, again you post the same, Im not talking about Break the rulles, Im talking about make Golden rules, not Hard Rules.
P.S: I never got banned for fully things (actually i dont get ban for nothing).

Then how u talking about lag? Lagger can kill even 5 players same time. It's depends how's ur connection. Anyway i bored of it, and i changed my connection. So relax xD

May be it was not seems like lag, but it was definitely lag. Cuz my connection was without Modem ( I had use internet card). but u can saw when i killed any players then i died too cuz of lag ( i couldn't potting ). But sometimes i didn't die, when i could kill fast than opponent. Anyway these stayed in the past. I couldn't buy good connection related my problems.. But finally my connection is well now So stop to touch my old times. Have a nice day xD
