Thats why when someone do an application for GM/T-GM he is refused coz are to many GM's inGame or for the reason they are active and finish all their work,we post videos/follow the cheaters/reports etc (GM's work) and they just bann the players/do events.Why us(players) must do the hard work ??Why us(players) can't play in peace?
Here is my idea , make a schedule when and how much the GM's are online,choose 2GM's in the morning till afternoon(the 2 GM's share their time between this interval) and 2 GM's from afternoon till night(same that i mention up).In this way we will have a GM in every hour from the day and does not take up too much time from real life(not need to stay 1GM 24/7 online)
In this way i think the server will be more clean and the cheaters caught faster.
This words for Not only you but also all who thinking like you.
Let me to remind GM's job.
1) Banning Players - whom against rules.
2) Catching Hackers - When they got video they discuss it at Staff Section.
3) Making Events - they are doing it for make game Enjoyable.
4) Some other jobs
And Let me remind you civilians job. # this is same as real life, when you see bad persons you reporting them to Police right?
1) Playing inside of Rules - Don`t use any kind of hacks, try to control yourself and don`t insult to anyone and etc.
2) Catching Players - When you saw weired players then Video/SS them and Report. Don`t tell that this is hard job, for me I am enjoying when catching. I am laughing that player, and talking in my heart, "Yea, yea... Feel pro, soon when you try to enter you will see Account is blocking

And let me remind you witch kind of persons can join Staff team (T-MOD/MOD, T-GM/GM). # for sure there have limit of GM and MODs.
1) You have to be Old player (3 month plus maybe enough)
2) During this time you have to be Kind, Mature, Clever person.
3) You have to be Active, and Player with respected by too many player. # Respect not giving free, you have to gain it for sure.
4) Plus few things.
Staff Team are not Robot. As I see their GMT's are totally same. So don`t expect much more things from them. They also doing their BEST! For civilians it is really easy to say. But I saw how they work in my "SUPPORTER" period. It is really not easy to check all reports and saying your own Opinion on it. This is Game, like every Games, there had, have, will be Hackers every time. So don`t create/write this kind of useless things. Stay together fair player against Hackers. And never forgot that Good/Fair always win, and Bad/Cheaters will always Lose!
