DDR is the best

You Can Use Elf Set with level 380 or Season 4 Set with Damage Decrease Rate + 7% and Season 4 Shields with Damage Decrease Rate + 7% also.

DDR is the best JOH for elfs. And its even better if you use shield and sword/mace

Full DDR set. + DDR On shield. + SD Dec on mace = <3

Full DDR Set + Shield DDR + some weapon with SD Dec

FULL DDR set +7 % , sd ignore on mace , ddr on shield. critical on bow
