Hello everyone!

I would like to suggest that for the one who is reporting thru video will make sure to include the full screen of his/her desktop, showing his/her task manager and running processes. As far as I observed, there are some who reports, only shows their game (MU) window. Let us be transparent in all means. Who knows, the one who is reporting is hiding something as well?

have a nice day

I wouldn't mind but hackers are hackers and hide everything. Let's see anyone else opinion

You got no ideea about what does it means macro scripts on mouse. You need no open program to use such thing. So I think this suggestion its useless

Yeah, it is useless, because when you make a video your macro is visible even w/o open desktop and task manager. So keep using it and failing, server is running on your unbans.

And we also need a free software for that. We cant limit the reports to that...we cant force ppl to pay for that kind of software only to report a bad user.

In my opinion, I don't think if it's necessary to do include in the video records the full desktop of the reporter since the reporting policy only requires a good quality of the video, it will depends on the reporter side if he wont get lagged while recording his full desktop. What is important here is as long as the reporter follows the reporting rules without any lapses behind the records. If you think that there is something hidden behind the reporter's side then we need to make it sure that we can provide a good proof from him, you can record him or somehow he needs to fail via chat. That is only the best way to prove that he using any illegal programs.

Click me too view the reporting policy

We always ask for recording only the game for several reasons.
1: only the game is cleaner sight.
2: less lagg/ delays.

Also programs can be runned hidden.

So this sugestion is in no need.

Whata ***** , I never failed with such things PRO EM, if u are an noob skill er thats not my problem. Also you got hack report section if u want to report me. I want to see my name on ban list soo hard. I Always wanted to see my name în ban list for such thing AP AC.

In my point of view, hackers are still hackers. Co2Airlines and Dreams are both correct, they can hide everything just to save their hacks, and also we don't need to pay for that just for them because if they get ban, they will make a char again or get unban from the webshop and still, they will use hacks again. Instead of paying to that software, donate it to the server. :nuhnuh: Let's wait for other opinions.

This suggestion is good but other players using macro keyboard and mouse , so we need to record their keyboard and mouse what they use too :)? They are right Hacker is Hacker they will find a solution to hide their cheats in dekstop.

The only way to do is wait them to fail or to abuse their cheats, like what happen in one guild and all ofvthem was wipe because they abuse their cheats and all of them is active in reporting before .

Thats all.

Btw thank for suggestion sir.

I respect all your opinions guys! By the way, you dont need to pay for any software just to record full screen videos. You can try Bandicam (the free one) and just set the settings into full screen. :) anyways, that is just my suggestion. Just to be transparent too. Well I think it's better, than not showing any at all right? Showing task manager, running processes, hidden icons and installed programs in control panel will give the staffs more time to investigate the case right? It will benefit the one who reported and the one who is being reported. Ban appeals should go on the same way too.

If you checked the installed programs in control panel, you will see there the whole programs installed in your computer, even the softwares that can hide the cheats, gaming keyboards/mouse applications. So I think you cannot hide anything on that.

This is just my suggestion, thanks for the professional answers

Only to show that it would take 4-5 minutes from the video...+ the actual video.
This will transform us in movie watchers.
If you got any suspicion on a player, feel free to record it and then report it.
That's how things ran around for quite a while and it went well.

p.s. free bandicam has no restrictions what so ever?

Hi. It is a good suggestion, but for me it is not needed.

1st - A player report because he/she wants to have a clean gaming/PK
2nd - If a reporter have something to hide too, he/she won't report at all.

That is only on my point of view.

It's true. Most of the times. But I have seen loads of videos where reporter is using obvious macro for potting or doing combos. So nowadays people are that ignorant. They report rule breaker while breaking rules themselves. And GM's job is to catch them.

if you really suspect someone challenge him at pch with additional rule vid himself the same time as vid record, thats the only option to see if theyre doing the same gameplay or not, other than that, theres nothing left to prove them but to fail in chat, if they wouldnt agree then youll have the last laugh

This whole idea that if someone is showing his task manager and running programs etc yada-yada is holy and clean is totally wrong, because there are ways of hiding programs from task manager.

Showing all of that will not take 5 minutes. It will only take less than a minute. And for free bandicam, the only restriction is that you can only record videos for the maximum of 10 minutes and then you have to restart the video again. And I hope you guys do not complain on how long the video is because that is your task to investigate for a proper judgement. I believe that it is part of your job on serving this community.

I will show an example video:

Well my point here is that, it is better show everything than nothing

Really? Can anyone explain the non stop potting of this one? Maybe some will say, "we cant judge it", and that's exactly my point, how can you judge this one if he is only showing the game window?

PS I just saw this one on Ban section and he is the reporter
