hello good I have a problem my defender window does not allow me to enter the mu what should I do?
 
I heard PZ was brought back with a little help on setting it up. Tested the PVP, no macros, no haxors. This is a great update and thanks for bringing it back for those that needed it :D

*Hopefully Spanish players get a translated version so they can understand this most recent update regarding PZ, not a lot of them are playing recently.

MU wont open after update..

Sophos antivirus says its a threat and automatically deletes the update.

This was addressed earlier. Simply exclude whole InfinityMU folder from Windows Firewall as well as your antivirus and it won't delete anything anymore. You should be able to play after.

Update your windows and all your drivers then reboot then run the autoupdate.

info you can give us in a screenshot of winver, and the txt file you get with dxdiag
 
For those who can't make the PZ to work, after following the screenshot. Launch the mu with the play.exe !!

I tried help my friend via TV and this one really rare case. help me how to solve this i've checked everything are just fine

1. All possible errors which was reported by our players are fixed successfully! Game client should start just fine and smooth for those who had errors before. No more false-positive viruses detected by Windows Defender & Avast!

2. If your game doesn't start this means you have installed sound driver called Nahimic.It's totally useless driver so you can go without it safely. For some reason it injects into game process and our anticheat blocks everything that injects with the purpose to protected our game from any kind of hacks.

Here's what to do if LiveGuard logo shows up at start but game doesn't load at all:

1. Start menu > type "Services" and click on "Component Services" or "Services" depending your OS > search for "Nahimic" service and right click on the service > Properties > startup type > Disabled > Apply.
2. Try to search your PC for installed the following: Alienware software, Nahimic Audio Software, Sonic Studio, Alienware Sound Center or MSI App Player, depending on what device manufacturer you use. Uninstall it temporarily until we resolve the issue. For some reason this sound driver Nahimic is trying to inject a DLL called "NahimicOSD.dll" into game and antihack is blocking it automatically and that's why your game doesn't launch. Many big games like ring of elysium, world of warcraft, sims ... have exactly the same game starting problem if the user have installed Nahimic sound driver.

if ever you cant find nahimic in the start up. you can also try disabling it in services.
press window key type in services > press "N" search for nahimic > usually it is on automatic just change it to disabled and restart.
