Hello everybody,
I'm here today to write my re-application to become a game master in InfinityMu.
I come back in the end of 2019, more precisely in December/2019, I have opened one application in August/2020 but it wasnt right time for me to apply and now I feel thats the time to try again because I always wanted to contribute positively to our community
I hope you read my application and like it, because I am writing it with great affection and from the heart.

Note: I speak brazilian Portuguese, there are many things very similar to Spanish and I also try to speak Spanish with others but it's not perfect, about my English it's not perfect too, I make some mistakes but i am studying english and the contact with the language here in the forum will contribute a lot to my learning process.

- Experience on InfinityMU:
I start to play InfinityMu in 2009 and left in 2015 because of familiar issues, in this 6 years playing I have been Supporter, Moderator and Game Master, I also played the game a lot, so I think I have a little experience in the game that can contribute positively to our community although in a way a lot has changed, I still believe that there are things we can use.

- Availability during a regular week:
At the end of last year I had a motorcycle accident and because of the pandemic I still don't have a job, this means I have more free time now but in regular days I can spend around 4 or 3 hours a day and in the weekends I can always spend more time in the game.

- What are your biggest weaknesses?
I am very anxious, I tend to develop depression, this means some days I can be sad or feeling descoraged. I also consider myself a lazy person at times (it depends on the day/week).

- What are your biggest strengths?
I am an easy going person, I always try to be fair and polite, I'm friendly, I have no problem following the rules and I consider myself someone with experience to contribute to our community.

- Why should we hire you?
I should be hired because I believe that my knowledge can contribute to the positive development of our community, I am always looking to improve myself and learn more day by day and I have a great desire to help and be the best person I can be for everyone who plays here with us.

I'd like to add too one more topic to talk about the mistakes I've done and also explain what happen.
Mistakes made throughout my game history:
When I come back to the game in 2019, I decide to make many accounts with same Character Name because of the Castle Siege Event, but that's not all peoples who respect the rules so my name get involved with some troubles, like in macro bans, although it wasn't me, it was with my name so it's my responsibility. I also opened a poll with a suggestion to allow macro but it was a big mistake I shouldn’t have made, I didn’t know what the game’s policy was like and I’m sorry. Now I completely understand what the policy is like here and also changed all accounts name, the name SuperStell is used only by me. Also everytime I call someone to play here I explain the rules to all of them, I also always instruct everyone I call to play and any mistakes I never call again.
One more bad thing, was open one report agasnt HGM, unfortunately it was something that happened but I have nothing agasnt Nikki or agasnt no one, we speak after this many times, I respect him as HGM and as a friend. For my part, this will not influence the work, I respect him and everyone here as a family.
The last thing was the credit, I unfortunately don't remember that because it happens many years before but I'm not bad guy, I have all I need and the porpose of my application is help our comunnity to improve, that's all I want because I have been here for some years and I really like this community a lot.

If you have a criticism or compliment to make, feel free to do it. I think we can only do better if we can identify the problem, so anything, please say because I want to know and also improve myself but kindly refrain from posting in this thread unless its for suggestions or objections. I do not wish to see spam, or unwanted posts, despite the fact that they may mean well. You can thank me through Visitor Messaging or thx button. Lets keep this thread clean. Yes, "good job bro" or things along those lines are spam.

For me it's a big Yes. You used be my team mate during my time here as the HGM and I know you can do your job right. You did some mistakes here and there, but people change and I believe you changed for the better. Not to mention that you're loyal and still active after all those years.

Well, I have not had a lot of contact with you, I remember that I told you in private that you should try to redeem yourself and you would have the chance to become GM once again, yet you did something completely contraire to that soon after, which kind of got my hopes to their lowest for you at that point. Yet, I have seen your contribution lately, you have made yourself useful even without staff tag, which is greatly appreciated, not everyone is ready to invest their time without a tag that rewards them for that. I have always known that you have potential if only you are steered in the right direction, which is why I told you all that time ago that you should go for it and prove yourself. In my eyes, you have proven yourself worthy of second chance, so I would like to say that I support your application. There are no third chances, so make your second chance count and do your best.
 
Hi bro, I would say yes, since I know you, you are one of the best people in the game, respectful, calm, no problems, I hope they accept you.

I am onl everyday and spend a lot of time on the game. Although I do not interact with you many times, but to be honest, I have never seen you fight, quarrel, swear and slander anyone in the game. I find you very calm, easy to get along with people and not hot-tempered when being bullied in the game. I think you are suitable for this job. good luck <3

You earned our respect in the game, and outside the game, we players have little voice, but hopefully they will consider you because if they ask 100% of the game, 99% will say that you are suitable to be GM. And there is a lack of more Latinos representatives in the high command.

Its a big Yes for Me.. He do better in game, hes friendly person, kind. So i think . He deserve it.

Its really rare for me giving my opinion here in forum but this is worthy so For me its a YES even though that I'm not that active in game for a month due to hectic schedule I still believe in your skills You have lots of potentials becoming as a Game Master Always helping players not only in game but here in forum as well.

Hi I remember that your old game master job was very good in fact many liked how you did it and you retired without any problem and as we all know that you want to return, something that they will not deny you, we hope to see more of you and thank you for return....

You don't deserve to have a say in such matters. You are good only for posting stupid emojis in SB. You have 24 hours from time of my post to edit yours with a well formed explanation of why he doesn't deserve to be a GM or your post will be treated as spam.
 
I will also support your application for the following reasons:
*You are experienced
*You are from the Latin Community and I think we need a Game Master from that region to lend a hand to the team
*You are active and try to help the community without spamming everywhere you can
*You can contribute to the server with your knowledge

Learning from your mistakes is one of the most important things you should do if you get your second chance. Here 3rd chances are nowhere to be found as @Kronwell mentioned already. I think people can redeem themselves if they wanted to.

i have known you for a long time and i can affirm that your intentions are positive, you always try to help players outside the game and the forum, i have seen how you always answer questions from users in Facebook groups.
Even though i'm not active in the game,forum, i'd like to see you on the staff team.
Latinos need a little more help, yes for me.
