So far this is my opinion about the prizes:
Draco to row, 1:1, I think the Draco is more valuable now, but i don't think it is worth 2:1 (Draco:ROW)
25$VD to draco, Min 360 Max 400 (For what i have observed in BTA's)
25$ reward to draco, I would say Min 330 Max 380 (Depends on both sides (Seller/Buyer))
50$VD with promo to draco, Last time i saw it was 1100 Dracos for 50VD+Promo.
50$VD no promo to draco, Min 720 Max 800

25$VD to rows, Min 360 Max 400 (But so far, not many look Rows for VD)
25$ reward to rows, Min 340 Max 400 (Depends on both sides (Seller/Buyer))
50$VD with promo to rows, I would say at least 1200 ROWs but i haven´t seen a BTA for such amount of ROWs for a while
50$VD no promo to rows, Min 800 to 850-900 Max (Same here, i haven´t seen a BTA for such amount of ROWs for a while)

25$VD to draco, how many minimum and maximum? Min 350 Max 380 dracos.
25$ reward to draco, how many? Min 320 max 350
50$VD with promo to draco, how many? 1000~1100 dracos
50$VD no promo to draco, how many? 700~750 dracos

25$VD to rows, how many minimum and maximum? 350~380 rows
25$ reward to rows, how many? 330~370 rows
50$VD with promo to rows, how many? 1200~1300 rows
50$VD no promo to rows, how many? 750~800 rows
