Hello, maybe the price is ranging to 3-5RoW's and im not sure of it cause i think its rarely to see some players selling it in-game. Or you can make one of your own using JoE(Jewel of Excellent), adding JoE to ancient items can make semi uber items. Note that adding JoE will give you random excellent option. =)

Poseidon Semi Uber Staff now is cannot be made because its include as Tier-2 items,
It will be high price since its really rare and only some player make it when the new updates implemented.
For now all Tier-2 (Uber and Draconites) cannot be made into Semi.
