what is the pricing in rows for the jewels like JOA JOE JOAH and JOEX.

As far as i know all the jewels are equivalent to 1 row each except for JOA its 2 per row.

JOA (Jewel of Ancient) :
2 JOA = 1 Row
3 JOA = 2 Row
5 JOA = 3 Row

JOE (Jewel of Excellent) kind of same with JOA's price

JOAH (Jewel of Ancient Harmony) & JOEX (Jewel of Extraction) have same price :
5-6 JOAH/JOEX = 1 Row

Jewel of Luck (JOL) kind of same price with JOAH/JOEX

Jewel of Skill (JOS) :
10~15 JOS = 1 Row

All prices can be change depends how high/low demands on market :3
