My vote goes for Wintwi without a single drop of doubt. Why? Because it fits the criteria. Outfit? It has been worked on. Background? Well, I wouldn't say that much though was put into it, but it still fits. Looks? Given the outfit, looks are definitely on point, which also resonances in effort and creativity. This is actually closer to a cosplay and it fits very well given that this is a GAMING community. Everything can be better, so a 9/10 from me.

Why didn't I vote for martinkaz? Well, I mean this in most respectful way possible, but this is a photo that I expect to see in instagram, not here. Like, yes, you are beautiful, good figure, nice looks overall, but where is the outfit? Because I actually see negative outfit, which in this case makes me think that removal of outfit is intentional, which obviously nets you likes in instagram, but definitely not from me. No effort or creativity involved. Well, okay, since this is not the original take, I guess it took some effort to choose which one to post, but I will never vote for exposed skin when the criteria is outfit, background, looks, effort and creativity. Though, I will say, @Calypso- , nice catch But not a nice entry.

Wintwi and martinkaz give their effort into joining this event. I like the effort they put, the lightings, the ears, and more, but somehow only one should be declared as Ms. Infinity 2021, I vote Entry #1 - Wintwi (Khaleesia, Signe) because I see game-related outfit and also the appearance. As I already said, I love Wintwi's elf ears. It's so linked to the iMU theme and so genuine. Way2GO! Keeping my fingers crossed so that you win.
Voted for Wintwi also because I encourage people to show themselves as they are, not faking smiles, positions, dressed in summary outfits, like so many others do.
Not to mention that she's part of the community for some time now.

Explanation about the point's I've gave above:
Outfit
Wintwi has a nice elf ears and a chain tiara that are really good, I didn't gave more points since I would love to see a matching dress, bracelets or fancy rings, something more like a elf costume.
martinkaz has no outfit at all, still, it's appealing to the eye but that's not enough to win this event, I could have gone lower but it didn't seem fair since the whole picture looks good, overall this entry gives me a "just woke up" vive.
Background
Both could be better, Wintwi looks crooked and that diagonal line in the wall changing color looks odd to me, Martinkaz has a cleaner background still, that iPhone cable and paper in the back messes with my OCD, still pretty clean.
Looks
For me, Martinkaz is better looking that Wintwi, but as you can see in the final score looks are not everything, both are beautiful women but at least in this pictures Martinkaz wins this criteria point.
Efforts
This one comes from the outfit, Wintwi putted more effort in looking great dressing up as an Elf.
Creativity
Again, a cosplay it's more creative than a giant teddy bear, Martinkaz didn't add anything related to the game and that's why the score is lower.

Overall both pictures are great, if I had to choose which picture I like the most, having studied photography, I would chose Martinkaz, it's easier to fix to be a great picture for any other platform or contest, crop a bit the right side and top so it has less empty space in the top and removes the power outlet and iPhone cable.
But the picture that fits more the criteria of the event it's Wintwi.

Wintwi entry is very good but my vote goes for martinkaz mainly reason is because I fall in love, I also liked it more because of the quality of the image and I can see effort on both entry, so I choose the entry I liked more.
