I don't know who you are but seems you're too eager for the job.(good or bad way dont care.) Been there, done that. You we're annoyed by MARV1N which means you aren't patient and mature enough to handle a monkey. There are many more monkeys you will be handling if you will be given a chance for this job. So for me, you aren't qualified for this job yet.

Hello there and thanks for creating this application,
you are relatively new here and the opinions about you tend to be controversial. You are active, this is true and i have generally a good feeling about you, however there are some trust issues you need to work on as long as behaviour towards players and general helpfulness. Being part of the staff team gives you specific access connected to game and we need to know that we can trust you with this. Yes, you can say something like "give him a chance if he fails, remove it" but there are many things that can be done and stay nearly undetected. Overall, you have the activity, what you need is the time and the players on your side.
