The quantity of beginners becomes outstanding, I like to lend a hand so hopefully this 2 in 1 guide gonna respond their inquiries about quests.
(Note: These guides were made with BK char, but steps are the same for the rest)
LET'S START WITH THE FIRST ONE OF THEM:
Get to the Priestess Sevina at Devias, Coords: 183/31
In order to successfully become an evolved character you must bring:
Dark Knight: Scroll of the Emperor x1 (LVL REQUIRED 220~400 DK/ELF/DW)
Broken Sword x1
Elf: Scroll of the Emperor x1
Tear of elf x1
Dark Wizard: Scroll of the Emperor x1
Soul of Wizard x1
(all these items are easily gotten from Amy's the potion girl and/or at lorencia's barmaid)
(MG&DL won't make this quest)
So once you've given her the scroll, just repeat the same now with the Broken Sword(tear of elf/soul of wizard) and accept her terms. You may do it, we believe in you!
AND VOILA!, YOU'VE EVOLVED

Little reminder: Before starting your last quest, be sure to make the Marlon's quest (by Zulu) as well, in order to be able to proceed with the higher quest.
Once you're ready, you must get to the Priest Devin at Lorencia, coords 131/122:
Required level:400
IMPORTANT!
Suggested stats:
STR:10K+
AGI:10K+
VIT:5K+
ENE:5K+
(Command 5k+)
Required items:
Feather of phoenix of darkness x3
Horn of Hell Maine x3
Flame of Death Beam Knight x3 (can get them from the lorencia's barmaid)
Once you got them, just accept Priest Devin's terms and proceed with the quest.
Then go to Barracks and Kill the monsters
Balram Soldier x10
Death Spirit x10
Soram Officer x10
Great!, now get to the Priest and talk to him to sucessfully proceed with the quest.
Once you've done it, get to the Refuge and kill the Dark Elf
Dark Elf x1
Now you've owned Dark Elf's @ss, so great! you are ready to become the strongest warrior!
get back to the Devin Priest and aware him about your current situation
LASTLY RESULT!
